Yoga to Open up Neck and Shoulders

So many of us place the weight of the world on our shoulders.  And then we physical feel that stress and tension weighting on us.  Take 20 minutes here to open up that space.  Let the weight roll off and release the tension in the neck and shoulders.  

This is great for anyone who uses the computer a lot, which is most of us.  Also beneficial to moms, since we are most likely carrying our stress right on those shoulders.  If you find yourself doing things that round the shoulders instead of opening the chest a lot this will help.  Most of us need our neck and shoulders open so Enjoy!
